Tony has been my strength coach for almost 5 years. He is a leader in the industry, but not because he aspires to be a celebrity. It's because he works hard to provide his clients with real results and other trainers and coaches with easily digestible and relatable information.
When he’s not picking things up and putting them down himself, he trains people at his studio, CORE, located in Boston, MA. He also contributes to the top fitness magazines and websites around, and sets up a camera in his garage to record his lightsaber skills.
